Thanks to the anonymous commentor for pointing out the white blob in Nicole Richie’s nose in the pictures of her out with Brody Jenner on 9/24. It initially looked like jewelry to me, but she doesn’t have a nosering in the other pictures. That very obvious white blob is possibly Photoshopped in, but it could be real. We got the pictures from lime-light.org, and are unsure of their origin.

She was spotted outside a 12-step center on Wednesday that offers Crystal Meth Anonymouse meetings, so we can only jump to wild conclusions about what’s going on with tiny Nicole.
